Srinagar, 6th July 2010; Tension has gripped entire Srinagar with another youth Fayaz Ahmad of Batamaloo area shot dead by CRPF (Central Reserve police Force) this morning when CRPF fired at a funeral procession in Occupied Kashmir.
This killing came barely after few hours when CRPF chased away a 11th class student Muzaffar Ahmad Bhat to death.
CRPF opened fire on mourners participating in the funeral of Muzaffar, killing Fayaz on the spot. Clashes are going in different parts of Srinagar; CRPF resorted to heavy tear gas shelling injuring many people.
CRPF men went berserk and injured many journalists in Batamaloo when they were discharging their professional duties.Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Chairman All parties Hurriyat Conference (M) along with many people are staging sit-in in Rajouri Kadal, downtown Srinagar, against the killings of youth at the hands of CRPF as a part of “Civil disobedience movement”.
This is the 13th killing since Tufail Ahmad, of saida kadal, was killed by a tear gas canister on 11th june by Police, with protests spilling to entire Occupied Kashmir authorities started clampdown on Pro-freedom leadership and enforced curfew in almost entire Occupied Kashmir.
Amnesty International has already stating in a statement that “India should avoid excessive use of force while dealing with demonstrators in the Kashmir valley.”

Islamabad, July 06, 2010: A large number of Kashmiris and Pakistanis gathered today at Aabpara Chowk, Islamabad to protest against human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir. The participants include large number of Kashmiri leaders of All Parties Huriyat Conference (APHC) and the head of Mutahida Jihad Council, Syed Salah ud deen.
The participants in the rally, organised by APHC, were protesting against the Human Rights violations in Occupied Kashmir. The Head of Mutahida Jihad Council criticised the Pakistani government for conducting peace dialogues with India at the cost of Kashmiri brothers and sisters. He said that no peace talks with Indians possible until India do not stop killing innocent Kashmiris and give them what they are demanding for themselves. He further said that it is not possible that India, on one hand, keep killing the innocent Kashmiris and, on the other hand, engage in so called peace talks with Pakistan.
