The constitution of the United States of America deserves the highest tribute as a beacon of light for all the democracies in the world. It would continue to serve as an invaluable embodiment of all such hallmarks that constitute civil societies. However, the American justice system is yet to reach a stage of being immaculate. An observation that I read in the New York Times so succinctly illustrates the way the American Justice is aborted. It says, “The judge’s whim is all that mattered in that courtroom. The law was basically irrelevant." (MARSHA LEVICK, the legal director of the Juvenile Law Center, on two Pennsylvania judges who sent thousands of juveniles to detention centers for $2.6 million in kickbacks).

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is paying 22-hour visit to India which aiming at tightening the close arms and energy partnerships that Moscow and New Delhi have enjoyed since the Soviet Era. As per news Putin going to meet his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh to oversee the signing of more than $10 billion in deals, including a refurbished aircraft carrier, MiG-29 fighter jets and two nuclear reactors. Some news channels including Bloomberg took this visit as an attempt by Putin to race up with U.S. in Arms and Nuclear Deals. In fact the premier’s visit can be espied as a probable notion to fend off the competition from the U.S. and Europe to supply arms and nuclear energy to India. The Kremlin is counting on Cold War-era ties to keep India as its largest arms customer and a future partner in the nuclear industry. India’s improved ties with the U.S., crowned by a landmark nuclear deal, have emboldened the world’s major growing economy to look further afield for weapons and energy sources.

Secular ethics are qualitative assets of a nation-state which enable the inhabitants to conscientiously attain traits like exuberance, tolerance, virtue, empathy, justice and precision of mind to comprehend the meanings of pluralism while exercising control over negative thoughts and harmful emotions. Indian media and political leadership make tall claims and forceful assertions to project India as a secular state where proverbial maxim “forget and forgive” remains the fundamental teaching and a predominant practice. Indian diplomats and business community while interacting with the foreign counterparts remain submissive and docile showing their well camouflaged and mock posture pretending to be cosmopolitan and open minded. This is one side of their picture as they do not mean what they say.

US Administration under George Bush senior had formulated New World Order in 1989 in anticipation to assuming world leadership. Among several aspects how to go about harnessing world resources and to micro manage world affairs, Islam was identified as the next threat to US interests after the imminent collapse of communism which by that time was gasping for breath. Afghanistan figured high in US security paradigm. After the Taliban captured power in 1996 and declared Sharia and refused to abide by terms and conditions of US economic tycoons with regard to shipment of oil and gas from Central Asia through Afghanistan, it was circled for invasion in 1997. In August 1998, Osama bin Laden’s camps in Khost province of Afghanistan were struck by cruise missiles. In July 2001, some high US officials declared that Afghanistan would be invaded in October that year. Going by this sequence of events, it becomes evident that neo-cons in connivance with Jews manufactured 9/11 to achieve their global ambitions. Jewish controlled media played a key role in triggering world wide condemnation of 9/11 attacks and in fomenting hatred against Muslims among the non-Muslim world.

A daylong much awaited Indo-Pak secretary level talks were held in New Delhi on February 25, 2010. There has been no worthwhile outcome from the dialogue. Initially there remained misperceptions, whether it is the renewal of the composite dialogue process, initially started in 1997, and later renewed in January 2004. Considering that perception, Pakistan in particular and other South Asian countries in general were pinning many hopes from these dialogue. However, on February 17, 2010, once both countries were finalizing their agendas for the forthcoming Indo-Pak dialogue, Mr. Krishna, Indian Foreign Minister, said in a TV interview that “Let us be very, very clear that the composite dialogue is suspended. Composite dialogue is not being renewed...The brief to the Foreign Secretary is that terror would be focal point.” In a way, S.M. Krishna, set a new tone for the dialogue, by disrupting the composite dialogue process. Indian Home Minister however tried to bridge the gulf by promising that other issues between India and Pakistan would also come under discussion during the talks in New Delhi.

Although India has been supporting the forces of separatism especially in Pakistan and Chinese Tibetan regions, yet like the former Soviet Union, it has rapidly been heading towards its downfall. On the one side, New Delhi which decided 34 percent increase in its defence budget in 2009, and is planning to raise its military budget by 50% to almost $40 billion in the near future, signed the pact of civil nuclear technology with the US in 2008 has been importing latest arms and ammunition from Israel, America, Russia, Germany and other western countries, on the other side provincial and regional disparities have been widening in the country day by day as majority of Indian populations are living below the poverty level, lacking basic facilities like fresh food and clean water. While yielding to acute poverty, every day, some persons commit suicide in India.

In a statement during an address to the Intelligence Ministry staff in Tehran, Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad dubbed the U. S. official version of the Sept. 11 attacks a "big lie". He charged that the incident was used by the U.S. as an excuse for the war on terror. The Iranian president’s insinuation apart, it is necessary and morally incumbent upon the U.S. administration to probe and find out the truth. It is not only the Iranian prime minister who says so but even there are Americans who have been expressing the doubts and apprehensions that no outsiders alone could have accomplished this very tricky and highly technical job; all the more the Saudis who are far from attaining the sophisticated aviation technology and who would not defy Americans in any way.
