 Although India has been supporting the forces of separatism especially in Pakistan and Chinese Tibetan regions, yet like the former Soviet Union, it has rapidly been heading towards its downfall. On the one side, New Delhi which decided 34 percent increase in its defence budget in 2009, and is planning to raise its military budget by 50% to almost $40 billion in the near future, signed the pact of civil nuclear technology with the US in 2008 has been importing latest arms and ammunition from Israel, America, Russia, Germany and other western countries, on the other side provincial and regional disparities have been widening in the country day by day as majority of Indian populations are living below the poverty level, lacking basic facilities like fresh food and clean water. While yielding to acute poverty, every day, some persons commit suicide in India.

 We should not judge multi-faceted crises of Pakistan including perennial wave of suicide attacks in isolation because rapidly developing geo-political differences among regional and global powers in Asia show that the next cold war which is in its embryonic stage is likely to be waged between the Russia-China alliance and the US-led nations, while Pakistan has already become its arena.
 There is a consensus among political experts that the world's future wars will be fought over water, not oil. Experts say it would be the era in which rivers, lakes and aquifers become national security assets to be fought over, or controlled through surrogate armies and client states. Surprisingly, where the whole world is fortunately lagging a bit behind for entering into this ill-fated era of 'hydrological warfare', the Asian region has surpassed the rest of the world due to Indian expansionist agenda.
 Recently Foreign Sectary level talks held at New Delhi have been ended without reaching to any conclusion. Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao and her Pakistani counterpart Salman Bashir met for three hours in New Delhi for talks. The purpose of the meeting was to bring regional stability while resolving conflicts. Pakistan was interested in resumption of Composite Dialogues but Rao rebuffed Pakistan’s request to resolve all outstanding issues between two traditional rivals.
 Individual or national dreams can only be built with planning and right course of actions. If someone is keen to build a house, he will first think about his budget, determine the location to buy a plot, its size, its design, covered area, choice of the contractors etc. His long list may have hundreds of questions, some of them even riddled by skeptics about the dirty business tricks, official bottle-necks and finally his string of decisions. In the politics of hostility, enemy prepares its master plan, based on his objectives, followed by the course of actions to execute all the tasks. But secret war demands a different set of action, stitched with bits and pieces, without being conspicuous, to ensure complete secrecy not to be intercepted or catching the attention of the intelligence.
